- Prices are quoted in SGD and includes normal local postage.
- Purchases will be on a first come first serve basis.
- Just like any other shops, we reserve all rights to change the information stated without prior notice.
About Payments
- Payment is made via bank transfers to our POSB account or via PayPal. For payments via PayPal, please note that there will be a transaction fee of 5% of the total cost.
- Payment must be made within 3 working days after receiving our confirmation (via email).
- If no payment is received after 3 working days, we deem that you are no longer interested in the items and the items will be put up for sale again.
About Exchanges or Refunds
- If you are not happy with your purchase, drop us a mail and tell us what's bothering you. We would be glad to understand the problem and see what can be done.
- Please ensure that all your inquiries are answered before making a purchase.
- We do not accept cancellation of purchases after payment is made. In such cases, we will be more than happy to keep the items.
About Delivery
- Delivery is by post only. Prices of the items indicated includes normal postage. We will not be responsible for items lost during the delivery process. The greedy dog encourages you to add $2.30 to the total price of the items for registered mail.
- For international orders, international postage charges will be applied accordingly. Don't worry, we will inform you of the postage charges before you commit to buy.
- We will mail out the items within 5 working days after receiving your payment.
